There will be more Taco posts. Explaining which tacos are best where etc. All you need to know for now that Tacos al Pastor is a Mexico City thing. Here you find the best al Pastors. I did not pull this information out of my pretty german butt, a lot of heated discussions with my dear Mexican friends where necessary to get even the faintest of insights in the religion that is: Tacos. Lu and i have tried many, all different flours, shapes, sizes, in many different states bla bla , you get the point. The reason why i am making such a science out of this: Orinoco has (at least in Lu and my eyes) (or mouths..) the best Tacos al Pastor.

And yes yes before our dear Mexican readers start a riot. I know they are expensive and usually are not served with papas. But you know what, the papas are fucking good! So is the entire sauce selection. So suck it boys and girls! These tacos rule!!
