How could we even think about skipping it?!

Blasphemy! Again!

Having lost around an hour and after having talked to Steve again, who gave us a couple of recommendations before we cross over to Guatemala, we decided to take it slower then originally decided 🤪

We knew that the area around Palenque is beautiful so why not jump in the holy waters around there and get a fresh start tomorrow.

Steves recommendations are a bit far for today so we decide to jump into the next laguna or waterfall we find. On the way we crossed tons of palms on which these strange fruits grow in copious amounts. Research incoming!

On the way home (?) we saw something in the sky.

Maybe the shape of a very big serpent?

Ahh, what do i know…

What we do know is : we will never skip Chiapas again. Nobody should.

And we know we are staying a bit longer.

And it feels like that if we have ever sinned, they have been washed away by this holy Ha.
